I personaly love the vintage dresses that florence wears and in my opinion Lykke Li has some interesting outfits too, but i love all these girls!

Eu pessoalmente adoro os vestidos vintage cheios de personalidade da Florence e acho que a Lykke Li também usa coisas bastante interessantes, bem gosto de todas!

Fitness | Fitspo yay or nay?

So the holiday season it is over, we overate and overdrank and now the summer is on our horizon. January is the month when everybody goes crazy with fitness and dieting and all sorts of miracle creams and this madness increases along the months until the peek of summer when we spend most of our time in a bikini or with tiny clothes to beer the heat. And of course I'm like everybody else, I already started my exercise routine , 20 minutes/day to start and started to clean my diet. But most importantly I've been learning how not to stress when there's a day that I eat something "bad" or can't workout but above all stop stressing with the scale. There's something all over the internet called fitspo ( there are fitspo blogs where you can see a lot os muscular women or before's and after's, inspirational quotes and so on), there is a lot of buzz around it like there is everytime where talking about the body specially womens body. I actually like fitspo, as long as you don't get carried away with it, i can't see why not!

So I decided to create the Fitness tag, where I can put some inspirational photos, recipes and exercises that I find usefull, for me and you ( hopefully)!

What do you think about this? What's your opinion about fitspo?

Estamos no início do ano, as festas acabaram, comemos demais, bebemos demais ( e é assim que é suposto ) e agora temos o verão no horizonte. Janeiro é o mês em que a loucura começa, começamos a apalpar a barriga , a usar a balança e entramos em modo paranóia e começamos a recorrer ao exercício, dietas e cremes ditos milagrosos para nos curarmos de asneiras feitas às vezes ao longo de anos. Esta loucura vai aumentando conforme o verão se vai aproximando e a hora do bikini chega. Claro que eu sou não sou excepção à regra e também , depois de me permitir tanta asneirada junta, já comecei a fazer 20 minutinhos de exercício por dia ( que quero ir aumentando quando a minha forma física me permitir ) e comecei a limpar a dieta, estou a tentar também eliminar o que ganhei nos meses que estive em Londres que teima em não desaparecer. Para mim ainda mais importante que isto é aprender a não stressar quando falho a dieta ou pior ainda com a balança.

Há na internet uma coisa chamada fitspo , há blogs de fitspo que são constituidos por imagens de mulheres com músculos , barrigas lisas , antes e depois e frases inspiradoras, mas há sempre muita controvérsia quando falamos de imagens de corpos de mulheres. Eu pessoalmente não tenho nada contra o fitspo, desde que uma pessoa não se desligue da realidade, não percebo porque não!

Decidi então criar a tag Fitness , onde vou passar a publicar algumas fotos "inspiradoras" , receitas e exercícios que achar úteis para mim e para vocês ( espero eu)!
