Beauty | BB Cream yay or nay?

A while ago I decided that wearing foundation on an everyday basis was not the thing for me. Still I had a problem, in the winter when my skin gets extra pale and I can see all the imperfections clearly and I needed something to fix it. And then the BB cream is born and now I can't live without it.

My beauty ritual everyday is : Wash face (liquid facial soap from clinique 3-step) and tonic ( clarifying lotion from clinique 3-step), then I moisturize ( and for a while I've been using clinique superdefense) and after this my BBcream ( from Garnier but I found this   article that talks about what's the appropriate bbcream for you that I found useful).

I just finish all this with MAC Mineralize skinfinish and bronzing powder ( from MAC too) the most discrete eye shadow that I have and mascara ( they're Real from Benefit) and I'm done!

Sometimes when I'm inspired the eyeliner plays a part on the story but that's rare during the day!

Há algum tempo decidi que usar base no dia-a-dia não era para mim. Mas continuava com o problema de ser deprimente pálida, facto que se acentua no Inverno, destacando as imperfeições e eu precisava mesmo de alguma coisa que resolve-se o problema. E no meio disto nasce o BBcream e eu já não consigo viver sem ele.

O meu ritual diário é : lavar a cara e por o tónico ( ambos das 3-step da Clinique) depois creme hidratante ( já há algum tempo que uso o superdefense da Clinique) e o BBcream ( uso o da Garnier mas encontrei este artigo que achei bastante útil sobre o BBcream indicado para cada pele) .

Remato com o Mineralize da MAC e pó bronzeador, também da MAC, a sombra mais discreta do universo e rímel ( They're Real da Benefit) e estou pronta!

Às vezes faço um risco preto com eyeliner mas é muito raro durante o dia!

The Shoe Wishlist Issue | Converse All Stars

My love for Converse All Star was born around the time i feel deeply in love with Brandon Boyd, I watched Incubus videos, pictures and had all their albums on repeat , i kind of tend to have this kind of healthy obsession along my life, and the all stars seemed to be the right choice for me , shoe wise.

I bought my first pair when I was 15 and my shoe life changed forever (or something like that).

My first pair of classic blue all stars made me give up of all the types of shoes and sneakers that existed all over the world for a longgggg time, probably until the end of my freshmen year in university.

After the blue ones I had to have a pair of pink ones , I was a pink addict at the time, and I even got a pair of Neon green ones all of those high tops.

After all the high tops I decided that I needed a change so I bough short tops in orange.

And years went by, concerts went by and my blue converse were starting to get really destroyed, full of holes, without logos and with a washed out blue ( that i like) I realize that was time to give some diversity to my feet.

I putted apart all my old converse ( except when I went to a summer festival or gig) and bought a pair of black (RED) converse and stack with them when i needed to be more confortable.

Now I find the need to (re)buy a pair of pink or maybe try the white ones for this summer.

O meu amor por All Star nasceu mais ou menos na mesma altura em que me apaixonei perdidamente pelo Brandon Boyd. Eu via e revia os videoclips dos Incubus, coleccionava imagens e tinha a aparelhagem sempre em repeat com os albuns deles, penso ter uma certa tendência para estas pancadas. Por esta altura , mais ou menos quando tinha 15 anos , decidi comprar o meu primeiro para de All Star e a partir daí não usei outra coisa. Os primeiros foram azuis mas seguiram-se os rosa, laranja , verde fluo.

Os azuis foram meus companheiros em todos os festivais e concertos e neste momento estão completamente rasgados e o azul que era escuro parece ganga com lavagem agressiva.

Com o passar do tempo achei que estava na altura de diversificar no calçado, comprei uns all star pretos (RED)  e são o meu recurso quando preciso de calçado mais confortável.

Este verão estou a pensar (re)comprar um par de all star rosa ( sim os rosa também estão destruídos) ou talvez uns brancos, mas ainda não me decidi!
